By far, one of the easiest to navigate, and overall pleasant stays I've had, in the 15 plus years I've been traveling to Vegas for work. The staff were extremely friendly and accommodated me when my flights were canceled, far above and beyond what was necessary. The rooms were also well maintained and didn't stink of cigarets, which has been my experience with many of the hotels on the strip.I will be staying again, during next year's trip to Vegas.

There were stained pillows, the mattress had a large stain on it when i was turning down to leave. The wifi was very spotty, and i couldnt stream my phone because your chromecast wouldnt stay connected. But whats crazier is that when i tried to call the front desk to ask about it the hotel phone would dial but not connect leaving silence on the other end. The room had a great view, and great water pressure but if we're talking quality, this wasnt it. Even the furniture is in need of refreshing as the door hanldes were loose and some doors were hard to even get open. This is something id expect from a fremont hotel, but not a virgin/hilton property. Do better

I opted for an upgrade, and the room was not as described. The shower leaked and the vanity sink did not have warm water. The safe was dead and could not lock. At the end of the trip, they charged me a late check-out fee of $113.00, which they finally returned to me, only to have it put on again. Bush league stuff

The room did not have hot water in the shower. The first day we had to let the water (wastefully) run for 30 minutes to get any sort of warmth. Called downstairs to have someone look at it. It eventually got hot. The next day same thing! But this time we were on a time constraint. We didn’t get to shower before we had to leave home. I complained, that we the customer paid these exuberant amounts of resort fees just to have no hot water. The man on the other side was very kind and gave me a breakfast credit as well as waived our resort fees. I probably will try staying here again giving it one more chance because it is very close to UNLV where we go to watch swim meets. I was disappointed this time. Was hoping for better.
