Always Great at the Red Rock

VIP check in and staff throughout were great. Especially the valet and bell teams. Food is always great in the restaurants and close to many great places as well. If this resort was non smoking it would be a 10/10 instead of a 9/10

The signage to parking for hotel guests was absent and the signage to hotel registration was poor. A very kind spa employee helped us find it. The lighting in the room and bathroom was poorly planned - lots of shadows. One of the bathroom light switches stuck. The phones were static-y, causing us not to order room service more than once. The TV cut out about every 5-10 minutes. The room itself was clean though, and the bed comfortable.
