This was a nice budget casino hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful and the casino was fun and paid out pretty well. The rooms were comfy and clean. Would have been nice to have some toiletries like shampoo and soap. If you are expecting luxury this is not the place, but the location, service and price is right for a quick stay such as ours was visiting relatives.

The front desk staff checked us in early & was helpful with answered questions throughout our stay. We had a great stay but was disappointed that the room did not come with the standard microwave and refrigerator. I would say that the hotel needs some remodeling/updating as it's showing age and band aids will only hold temporarily.

Saddle West was a sanctuary for me, the landscape, green grass and roses bushes. The manager, Shelly, went out of her way to make my stay comfortable and welcoming, during a particularly difficult time, this was so very appreciated. I can say enough on how much I enjoyed my stay, and will only stay at Saddle West during my returns to Pahrump.
