They advertise that breakfast is free but it is only free continental breakfast for MEMBERS. Same goes for the WiFi in the rooms. They charge for everything and if you buy a trip package they treat you like a second class citizen. Still I don't blame the staff but I DO blame the owners of the Marriott. My room and stay itself was quite nice.

The noise from a workroom next to my room is unbearable. I complained and NOTHING was done to solve the problem. I travel weekly. This is the worst hotel experience I have ever had.
