"The rooms were so small, the bathroom was a joke, it didn’t even have a counter top. The images online versus what reality was completely different. The sheets were horrible felt like sand paper. Bath towels the same. There is no A/C and you can’t open any windows as they have security locks for safety measures due to crime in the area. We would not stay here again. "

He simply said, “There’s nothing I can do right now.” I will never return and strongly advise others to avoid this place. We decided to ask for a full refund and find a different hotel. Do better Ryan! You telling us that this is not the first time someone requests a full refund for lack of quality service is very concerning."
