The room was nice and clean, perfect when traveling with kids. The hotel has a pool, jacuzzi, outdoor and in door lounge areas, a gym, and daily free breakfast. I will come back and stay again.

Check in was great. Desk clerk was friendly and cautious. Next morning, the desk clerk yolanda was very rude and seemed irritated when asked a question. She didn't want to be bothered.

This the fist time I have pay for parking inside the hotel that I’m stay, for no other reason but increase profits to the property, I wish the website should be more transparent and mention the extra $26 dollars for every night you park your car in the property. My family and I been going to road trips for the past 13 years, in the many places we have stay we have never had to pay pot parking in the property we’re staying. They are many options out there, don’t stay in one of this places that charge extra for parking.

Check in was nice and the young lady at the desk was very freindly and helpful. The following day, yolanda at the front desk was very rude, spoke with a bad tone. We just had a question about entering the pool and she rudly said "get in line, and wait"!!!

My family and I just stayed for the past 3 days for Thanksgiving. Upon check in the front desk agent was nice and walked me thru what I needed. If the rating was on kindness and the breakfast I would give it 5 stars. Unfortunately if it was rated fully rated on the room I would give it a 1. The room sucked if I was put it bluntly. It was dirty and dusty. We had a cigarette burn in the curtains. We had to plug in the air conditioner. We had an awful smell that lingered. I’m not sure if they put us in a room that is just for people with dogs because we did bring our pug. The bathroom was the cleanest space in the room. I’m such a non confrontational person that I didn’t say anything because we were strictly using the room to sleep and eat breakfast since my family lives in town. We did have a random fire alarm in the middle of the night where everyone self evacuated with no further explanation text or email after. Anyways we still made the best of it and enjoyed our Thanksgiving with our family in town.
