The bed was not comfortable. Was charged a resort fee for a senior citizen. I didn't feel this was right and would appreciate a refund. I wasn't aware a breakfast was available.

We arrived late and checked out early and thus did not have an opportunity to explore the amenities and property. Based on the room and customer service, we rated a 5. Wonderful customer service! From what we saw, the facility is aging but seems to be well taken care of. Our room was great, but we did not get our booked room due to plumbing maintenance. Will stay again!

Room was very clean. The resort is beautiful. What’s really cool is you can park and never need to leave the property if you do t want too. The ARLO restaurant had great food. There a convenient market for snacks and food and also they do room service. Great place to stay. I’d definitely visit them again.

The Marco Polo room was in a creepy motel-style building. Room furnishings were nice but there was a spider web that wasn't dusted off in the room that could be seen directly under the room light and bugs (an ant and an earwig) in the bathroom. They're not harmful but still NOT what want to see when you come out of the shower.
