It’s all very good. Very clean, quiet and friendly staff. My only issue is that I paid additional for an upgraded room with the view, but only ended up with a view of the parking lot. Other than that, I didn’t have any issues.

Pictures do not resemble the hotel. It needs updating. Customer service was lacking, the pool was closed and we were not told until check in, the restaurant is slow and food is okay. For the price go next door.

Staff was not very welcoming. No coffee beyond instant in room. They told me via phone my rooms for my kids were conjoining which upon arrival they were not. When I mentioned the rooms were supposed to be they stated “well this is all I have.” Very dismissive. I understand not always promised however it was very disappointing. Grounds are nice, room was nice. Just customer service seemed to lack.

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and efficient from the moment I arrived—truly making the stay even better. The room was very clean and well taken care of, which made it easy to relax and feel comfortable. For the price, the overall value was exceptional. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place with great service!

I recently stayed at the Handlery Hotel and was disappointed with several issues. The rooms are very outdated and definitely didn’t match the photos— I honestly felt a bit catfished. The beds were extremely uncomfortable and didn’t even have fitted sheets, which made it hard to get any real rest. Another issue was the ice machine area. Every time I tried to get ice, a group of employees were gathered right in front of it, talking and hanging out. None of them moved or acknowledged me, so I had to squeeze by just to use the machine. It felt unprofessional and inconsiderate. Overall, the experience didn’t meet expectations, and I hope management takes this feedback seriously so future guests don’t run into the same problems.

The check in took forever , Everything is not able to use. Like pool , gym , restaurant and vending machines don’t work - we get to our room and no extra water. I asked the front desk of they can bring us a couple of water bottles and the said NOOOO. After I told him the vending machines don’t work and we can’t get water. He said to use the bathroom faucet. Not good. Most likely never staying here again.

Staff is kind. I left my trip very early due to a health reason. I was supposed to stay until 12/1/25 but I left 11/30/25 at 130am. I never got a parking invoice although I called to get one. There was some misinformation from one employee to the next. I hope I’m not charged for anything I didn’t use. Hotel was clean and the grounds are nice.
