"We celebrated a special event and travelled as a party of 6. Excellence Punta Cana is a stand out resort. We have stayed at many resorts in the past in many countries. Our stay at Excellence is among the most memorable experience. The entire team right from the GM to the housekeeper goes out of their way to make your stay perfect. Food is awesome. Place is awesome . Also, recommend the upgrade to the club. Highly recommend !"

"The air conditioning only worked one day in my room, in my mother's room they had to change it because the air was damaged. They need more staff in the restaurants because they don't come to serve you or they arrive late since they don't give enough. The host only made us a management then he forgot everything. The food was very good, and the cleanliness."

"I had a very disappointing experience at Nickelodeon Hotels & Resorts Punta Cana. This was supposed to be a fun, family-friendly vacation, but it fell far below expectations. First off, the food was honestly terrible—bland, repetitive, and nowhere near the quality you’d expect for the price. On top of that, the liquor selection was extremely limited and seemed to be the cheapest options available, which made the “all-inclusive” feel pretty misleading. There was also a lot of construction going on during our stay. It completely took away from the atmosphere and made parts of the resort feel unfinished and noisy. Definitely not something you expect when booking a premium resort. The water park was surprisingly small and underwhelming. It looks much bigger online, but in reality, it didn’t offer much variety, especially for older kids or adults. What made things worse was the service. We felt overlooked and, at times, disrespected by staff. The treatment we received didn’t feel welcoming at all, and it left a really bad impression. To be honest, the Nickelodeon resort in Mexico is WAY better in every aspect—food, service, amenities, and overall experience. This location doesn’t come close. I would not recommend this resort and definitely wouldn’t return. Save your money and look elsewhere."

"The property is quite big & well maintained by staff. Staff were very friendly and would teach guests a few words if interested. Front desk and Concierge staff didn’t all speak English so relied on translation apps. The buffet served a lot of local foods which was great although would have enjoyed more variety night after night. There was often some type of pool exercise or entertainment in the day and evenings. The property is 1.5 hours from Samana airport and transportation from the airport is not provided. The hotel is not great for people with mobility issues. There’s no path to the beach from the nearest restaurant; you have to walk across a grassy field so would help if there was a path. Couldn’t enjoy the Al A Carte restaurants because they’re all near the beach & too far for my father to walk. Thankfully the buffet was good. I’d recommend this hotel to able bodied people for sure, great staff and beach!!"
