We had the best vacation at this all-inclusive resort! Everything from the moment we arrived was seamless. The property is beautiful, spotless, and incredibly well-maintained, with plenty of activities, stunning views, and so many places to relax. What truly made the trip unforgettable was the staff. Every single person we interacted with went above and beyond. They were warm, attentive, and genuinely seemed to enjoy helping guests. From the front desk team who greeted us with smiles, to the servers who remembered our drink orders, to the housekeeping team who kept our room immaculate — they made us feel taken care of the entire stay. It never felt like “just customer service”; it felt like hospitality. The food and drinks were good. We only had one bad meal. Food was your average all inclusive, but overall was good. The pool and beach service was quick and friendly, and there was always someone around to make sure we had everything we needed. If you’re looking for a stress-free getaway where you can completely relax, be pampered, and enjoy incredible service, this is the place. We can’t wait to come back!

The room as well as the entire resort is spotless. One of the cleanest resorts I’ve ever stayed at. The food is absolutely delicious. The staff is friendly. The only thing this resort needs to work on is entertainment. The swim up bar pool didn’t even have any music playing and we were not allowed to play our own music.

This hotel has everything you need to relax and loosen up. I had heard some hotels customer service was deteriorating but im glad I came to one that did not have that problem at all. Customer service was amazing, food was the best Ive had in any hotel in many years, cleanliness and room service were great as well. Only thing that I would say it needs is a dance club and they are already building one. Cant wait to come back after its built.

The Resort itself.... Beautiful... Although its a little ways from the airport (45min) and city. not a problem. Now the only reason I Didn't give 5 stars was because I informed the resort Months in advanced that I was celebrating my 50th and had a rather large group coming 27 to be exact. I had 2 Request: 1. All of our Swim outs be close, and the other rooms at least on the same side. Not fully honored... They had us all over the place 2. My birthday dinner I requested Oceana Restaurant, EVEN confirmed w/ concierge the day of. NO ONE told me it was closed until a few hours prior. So They referred me to Meraki which would've been ok BUT they wanted us to sit outside (HOT & HUMID) w/ no actual Hibachi show.... After almost an hour of over 25 of us standing around in All Black & manager's trying to Figure out what to do w/ us we said F it and made the best of it! They also said IF we wanted our tables together we had to do Family style (with pre fixed items) I'm gonna ASSume since its a new resort they just were not prepared to handle such a large group EVEN w/ ADVANCED notice... Outside of that Everyone at the hotel was very Friendly & helpful! we def Enjoyed Felix every A.M. at breakfast & Mike (Magic Mike at Night! Lol) Myra was also a WHOLE A$$ Vibe. The female Hostesses can be a little friendlier. Food was hit or miss but we also enjoyed room service!

The resort itself was beautiful! So clean and comfortable. Definitely on of the best looking resorts I’ve been to. The staff were wonderful, so kind and always ready to help with whatever we needed. Our personal concierge Yulian was amazing, he anticipated our every need and made this trip that much more enjoyable. If you go, be sure to check out the spa! You will not regret it, that was an unforgettable experience! Now when it comes to the food, I won’t lie it’s wasn’t great. Myself or my husband didn’t enjoy it like we had hoped but the drinks were delicious and not too strong. Overall we enjoyed our stay
