Everything was great, the only thing that could be improved would be the air conditioning in the room. In summer, the temperature is quite hot and humid, and I feel that it doesn't cool down enough.

The beach was amazing and definitely one of the best parts of the resort. The shows and entertainment were also very enjoyable and well done. However, the buffet food was almost the same every day, and there were not many seafood options. Overall, we still had a good experience.

Absolutely worth the drive from the airport. Perfect for those who love long walks on the beach, clean waters, and healthy food. Much better value than the all inclusive resorts further south and it’s less crowded. Nobody in my family drank alcohol, so we can’t comment on the drinks. The coffee was delicious.

Excellent resort and some outstanding employees. This definitely met my expectations. Just make sure you always wear mosquitoe repellent from day. Be careful with valuables because I had some two sketchy scenarios with the cleaning ladies.

One of the worst all inclusive I have been, food was bad, cold and dry, the hotel was overcrowded, employees were rude and over worked specific the sales person from the club viva I wanted to ask questions about the club and her answer was this only for tourist not for Dominican, I USA citizens. I would never recommend these hotels to anyone.

It’s very clean The staff is great The food is also good The weird part is you are only allowed one beach towel swap per day!! And they don’t care if it rained or not… you end up dripping back to your room by the end of the day
