Very bad mosquitos rendered swim up unusable the whole week -- paid $35 EACH for two cans of Off! -room was not cleaned for 2 days - "butler" had constant 'annoyed' & not helpful attitude worse when we were locked out of room twice in 7 day stay and she never reported door battery needed attention - bars ran out of basic liquors (Malibu / JimBeam) - staff catered to those who booked direct (gold bracelet) - booking thru Expedia (silver bracelet) you get different treatment, but are told you are same [Aqua Club] - been to cheaper and better resorts. $12 box of bandaids, she opened them and was selling me ONE bandaid for $12 !!!!

This property has such a relaxing ambience, a great selection of music and shows. The staff are exceptional. Everyone was so friendly and attentive. They treat you like royalty. Swim up bar and restaurant next to it made it so easy to get food and drinks when you needed. Staff was super friendly and always greeted you with a smile. Salvador, Luis, Nataly, and Hannel were always around when we needed something.
