The man working at night was nice but rushed and distracted. He told me he was new so maybe it wasn’t his fault but I had to get me and my daughter and the dog up to realize our keys didn’t work and then he told me my credit card actually didn’t go through so I had to bring us all back down And then I had to move rooms due to him putting me right next to a construction balcony with drilling, and I had all the Christmas tree and everything set up for us so that was a lot of work and the tree fell over in the elevator while we were moving rooms, but then the construction ended up stopping, and we didn’t need to move after all. I didn’t feel like a vacation, but I appreciate the hospitality of especially Tator and all the valet workers who work hard as well as the maintenance man who had to come up for the shower we have already checked out because the only hotel I like in town, regardless of a couple inconveniences. The shower in the room we were moved to didn’t work, but I fixed it so that it would I just had it loose pull-up to switch from bath to shower so I was coming out from everywhere but it’s a very clean hotel and appreciate the hospitality would definitely return alone for the spa experience.
