Beautiful location on the water. We had an ocean view room, beautiful sunrises. Walkable to many restaurants. We had breakfast at the cafe on site. Great view, food was good. Pina Coladas were good too. I would stay here again.

Fun on the coast

It is a huge complex right on the beach. Many opportunities covered by our stay were not clearly spelled out. The property organizes activities during the day on site. You could spend all your time on the property and never go to town. Liked our room (ocean view); spacious clean and close to the beach and one of their pools.

The hotel is spread over quite a large area. Our room was very nice. The only issue was at the air-conditioning unit was extremely loud and you couldn’t really leave it on overnight. Other than that, I definitely recommend a beach view room.

Why am I being charged 200 dollars? What is the 60 amenity fee? I already paid thought Expedia. Furthermore I didn’t receive my food vouchers or bottle of wine per the silver room upgrade I had. I’m unhappy with the stay and need to understand why these items were missed.

The check in and out was very quick and convenient. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. They never left the correct amount of towels per person, however they were quick to get them there when asked. The beach was better than I expected for Key West. We celebrated my daughters 21st birthday and had a great time.
