Arriving or departing on time
Very special thanks to flight attendant Christine Mc Culloch. She went above and beyond by volunteering to drop off my car keys which I took by accident. Service like this is exceptional. I will always use United for my future travels. THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU.
We had a connecting flight in Chicago (O'Hare terminal 1 B) with a little bit of a layover. There's a pretty good Duty Free shop there. Also, there's a very tasty Bagel shop. I highly recommend the toasted Cinnamon Crunch with cream cheese...very very tasty.....
The cookies were great
The plane was so clean. The movies were great.
