They first tried downgrading my room. No big deal, I caught it and they corrected it. The absolute atrocity was waking up to five attempts of them charging my card on file $500. No explanation, nothing. I come to find out it was due to “air quality”alert in my room due to smoking, vaping, etc. After investigating it on my own (after having to freeze my card) they weren’t even sure what the alert was for, and could have been from me drying my hair. The fact that they didn’t come to my room, call my room or attempt to discuss with me prior to shakily charging my card at 3 am is beyond unacceptable. I also haven’t received my deposit back as of yet. You get what you pay for applies here unfortunately

Checking in you didn’t fulfill the room that we have booked well in advance. We had family members with us who have back problems and sleeping on a pullout was a big issue.
