The room was big and beautiful. I have no real complaints about the room. The check-in process was not good though. I couldn’t do online check-in and I couldn’t check in at the kiosks because my reservation did not have my name the same as on my ID. So because I didn’t make a reservation with my middle name in it, which is ridiculous who does that, I had to wait in line nearly 40 minutes at 1:30 in the morning to be able to check into my room.

The walls in the hallway were made with wallpaper and the wallpaper was peeling. The elevator one of the mirrors was broken and they took it off and didn’t replace it. The room didn’t have a desk so I had to do my work on the coffee table and sit on the couch for four hours in a meeting, very uncomfortable

Pros: The room was a two queen suite in the remodeled tower. View great, comfortable bed, clean and nice layout. Decently priced. Cons: they decided to test the emergency system every day for minimum 30 minutes conveniently 30 min prior to check out time. Awful if you’re trying to sleep in or have a hang over. It was overkill and lessened my feeling relaxed on my vacation. Staff was cranky and unhappy very unhelpful with several issues we had. Unfortunately my child left a bag in the room and security was unhelpful in locating it. One of the guests needed help jumping their car and hotel refused to help. They asked the hotel guests for help. Which we did help. Third shower backed up and didn’t drain quickly. Room was muggy and had to be cold not to feel muggy. Lastly, the machines don’t pay out, don’t gamble here. They don’t even pay out enough to keep you entertained for a while and then take your money lol. Vegas in general is extremely expensive now. Food min 25$ a person regardless of what you eat unless you get a rewards card they have $10 deals here and there. Also not on the strip. Hotel should shuttle people complimentary. Overall I won’t be staying here again and definitely not gambling here.

Better than expected. Huge, clean and renovated room. I extended my trip to drive out to the Grand Canyon for a day. I had to move from the Cosmo. The Rio was not as fancy but since I wasnt even going to be in Vegas I didnt need to be on the strip in a 500/night room. I was pleasantly surprised with how big and clean my room was even if it was just for a place to put my luggage and sleep for one night.
