Clean and comfortable rooms. Beautiful resort with a fabulous pool and other amenities. The gym is top notch with great change rooms and sauna. Staff was friendly and helpful. The only issue we had was with our keys. Room was not ready so we went to the park for the day coming back late. Received a text that our room was ready but our keys did not work and we had a long long walk back to the lobby to get keys reissued.

Starting with the front desk , amazing ! Hotel is beautiful, clean and very well located , take the boat and be at citywalk in 5 minutes. The pool is really nice also. 100% recomend the stay

We never ate breakfast there. The air conditioning system worked great because we like it a little warmer and we had connecting rooms so worked out perfectly for the three of us. The only flaw was not renovating our room 2312 as compared to connecting room 2314. We had an old school shower with a shower curtain. 2314 has a brand new glass door and brand new tile with a bench in the shower. The room was clean and the staff was great. Your concierge service is five Star All The Way. Great ladies !
Really Grand beautiful Lobby. Much larger than Helios hotel or the Adventura! 40 ft ceiling details were awesome!

Rooms are small for the price. The hallways were rough, scuffed corners and walls needing repair. We had issues with our keys early on and some repairs to flickering lights in our hotel room. The staff responded quickly to the repairs in the room. The common areas were clean and location of the hotel is very convenient. The water taxi was the best amenity. The pool was nice and parking was easy although they were having issues with the key card technology. staff responded quickly to the repairs
