I had the best stay at the Gale South Beach Miami. The rooms were clean, and the staff was attentive. The only things I would say are that there weren't enough towels and the shower head broke, but both were handled with a simple phone call. The location was perfect! In the middle of all the attractions, I would definitely stay here again

The hotel does not seem to enforce any noise control for guests. On two consecutive nights, people in nearby rooms were playing loud jazz and music that could easily be heard from the hallways. The noise continued until around 3–4 AM and was loud enough to wake us up in the middle of the night, yet the staff did nothing to address it. Additionally, unlike other hotels in the same area, this property does not provide direct access to the beach.

The room, amazingly, contained no desk and no chair. And very little clothes storage space (2 small drawers in the bedside tables). Apparently this hotel which has about 80 rooms ONLY has 10-12 with desks. Perhaps they cater only to travellers who are really on total vacation? To be fair, they did understand my issue and refunded me the 2 nights that I had pre-paid but decided not to use due to the lack of workspace.

room was not ready until after 5pm, the description of this hotel is misleading. It is not beachfront, you have access to the neighboring hotel across the street The Sagmore. It is extremely loud at night because it is next to a place that places music all night. Would not stay again.
