"Stayed for 12 days. Called multiple times for room service. Was able to get our bedding and full cleaning 1 time while staying. Asked for toilet paper , was given 4 rolls total. The bed was a mattress on plywood, 2 feet from the ground. Very uncomfortable- deal breaker. The smell of marajuana was daily, all through the day. Had to close the balcony doors. Deal breaker. The pool- no eat or drink unless water. Was told my daughter had to throw away her shaved ice from there little side restaurant. She was HOT and we were even sitting on a back lawn chair. No snacks allowed for kids to munch on. NO icy adult beverages allowed. Deal breaker. We were moms looking to relax and enjoy cold beverages, while our children swam. You’d have to go sit at the loud bar area. One pool guy I fact comes and snoops around your belongings. Evening hours ALL the hoodlums come through there. Dirty disgusting lower ground level bathroom. It was beyond terrible. Over flowing toilets. Clogged. No toilwtvpaper. Men in the women’s bathroom stalls with women…. So inappropriate! I told staff twice. Others mentioned the above to staff Was laughed at one time, and was told there was nothing she could do. Made the day to being our children to our room for potty breaks. Not sure why they call this a resort? On top of our room fee, each vehicle costed 250$ for parking. Rent a beach umbrellas , fee. We had 4 rooms in our group. That’s too much extra fee for parking. Sun deck - poor service."

"This place was OK. The rooms didn’t smell good, we rented two rooms and they both had issues, one of them smelled like sewer and the other one smelled like roaches. The beds were OK but the bathrooms needed maintenance."
