"We loved our stay. This is a place meant for people who want to have fun and enjoy music throughout the property. The tiki bar is a blast. However, if you go to bed early, it might be a bit too loud if your room is nearby. In our case, we loved it. They also have two swimming pools with one quieter and more relaxing whereas the other was our favorite place to hang out each day with fun crowd, food, beverage service, music and an overall good vibe. Be cautious on the room size that you reserve since ours was considered a standard room, but didn’t have a dresser or a place to put our suitcases other than on the floor. The room was rather inexpensive so we will just get a bigger room next year and it won’t be an issue. Just don’t buy the smallest room if that is a concern of yours. Parking was easy, plentiful and free. As for location, we could walk a few blocks to everything. That includes the beach where we saw dolphins and stingrays, plus multiple fun bars and restaurants. Truly in the center of everything. If you want to ride bikes, I’d recommend going to Sanibel Island for the day since they have 25 miles of paths whereas Fort Myers Beach is limited to streets/sidewalks in a more congested area. For food, we enjoyed our hotel restaurant, but we would also recommend walking four blocks to Snug Harbor. For events, we drove to the Everglades for an airboat tour, which was fun, but no wildlife except at their pet farm. Did the tiki boat tour and had a blast with Captain Mark."

"Only one outlet worked for charging laptops and phones and it wasn't by the desk or the bed. It was over in a corner. This is a necessity these days. You can do better."

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay this weekend! We have previously stayed on the Captiva side of the island so this was our first on the Lighthouse end. Excellent hotel beach access within a short walking distance with plenty of chairs to use, great shelling, very clean rooms with comfortable beds and a tile shower with dual shower heads. Food at the bar was ok, shrimp was terribly overcooked for a Florida standard to the point of inedible but Mahi sandwich was excellent. Drinks were reasonably priced. Parking was easily accessible and the wristbands made access to rooms very simple. The drive to Bowman or Blind Pass beaches is about 20 mins. There were many restaurants to choose from within easy driving distance, we really liked Del's for breakfast and Gramma Dots for marina dining. Rooms had a fridge and a small microwave. There is a lovely grove of palm trees and grass just before the beach access that also had full size hammocks for use and cornhole games. As a bonus it made finding the hotel after a long beach walk very easy. Would recommend stopping for your own sunscreen and deet-free bug spray before the island since the hotel selection is quite small. Staff were friendly and housekeeping did an amazing job of keeping the same under control and making sure we had plenty of clean, large beach towels. Overall a great experience and we would love to stay here again! "
