I received a text mid-morning requesting an ETA, which I provided and the response was "OK." Later in the day, I realized we were going to be later than planned so I sent another text updating the time. Same response, "OK." When we checked into the hotel, we we greeted with, "We have no hot water." It had been lost 4 hours prior and no mention until check in. They hoped it would be fixed by morning, but no guarantees. Of course, at 8:30 pm, very tough to find another hotel on the island so we sucked it up.
Morning comes and still no hot water and no ETA on when it would be fixed. We went our for breakfast and upon our return at 10:20 am, the hot water was working. Just enough time to take a shower before check out.
To be fair, the hotel comped our resort fee and the insect repellant we purchased, but we were not impressed with this place.
