First of all the parking fee was $45.50 a day, too much. The bathroom was not kept up at all - it wasn’t good. The beds were uncomfortable to sleep (woke up with a bad back).

Extra charges up to 1000 dollars worth

The stay was great the only issue was there was a stain on our hot tub we didn’t think much of so we didn’t report it only to find out when we checked out that it was burn marks and because of that we had gotten 3 charges a 200 dollar charge a 300 dollar charge and a 400 dollar charge and they kept the 100 dollar security deposit, none of this was informed to me via call and the only reason I found out was because I called back to them and they had told me about the burns, and after trying to explain it was there when we arrived they had said the rooms get checked daily and their housekeepers would not have missed it. They also refused to call the previous tenant to ask them if they had any knowledge about the mark. Overall the hotel was nice but the entire situation has ruined the place for me and my friends

Central location for rail transportation and short car trips. The staff is helpful and nice. Paid parking is very secure. The only down side is the old elevators that are not dependable. I would stay here again.

I felt very safe on the property, they were good about guest safety. The breakfast options were decent and the staff was very friendly. Only issue I ran into was some areas of the building could use a painting and some upgrades, but it was normal wear and tear. Didn't appear to be property neglect

A great stay!

Overall a great stay! The room was clean and comfortable. The hotel/room was a little more worn than photos portray. Also, this area isn’t very walkable and there isn’t great access to public transit. Highly recommend renting a car and parking in the private hotel lot. Other than that, no complaints!
