"The view of the falls from my room was AMAZING! The walk to railcar was short and the up-close falls experience was great.
Breakfast staff were very nice, friendly and inviting.
If you need a correction or help from the manager- do not expect help. "Rick" was very disrespectful and fabricated being attacked. I had to call corporate to report him. I am still waiting for a call from the GM."
