"We needed to leave for a scheduled work meeting in the morning on our last full day and the gate to let us out of the parking garage was broken. I had to get security to help, and the new card they gave me still didn't work, so they had to call a technician to come override the machine to let us out. This wasted time made us late for our meeting. I appreciate the amenity of free parking, but not being able to leave when we needed to was a huge negative during a work trip. "

"The entire state was amazing. The front desk receptionist was honestly one of the best I've ever experienced."

"Second stay at this hotel. Such an easy drive for rental car return before early flight at SFO. Breakfast starts at 6am. Skipped, but did grab a coffee on the way out the door. "

"Rooms were dark and the bathroom was very tiny to the point where closing the door to use the bathroom is a manevuer."

"The building is outdated. The rooms were clean and staff was excellent however the bathrooms, curtains, and hallways could use an update. The hotel does not offer free parking and does not have a restaurant or bar connected. The area is rough, i was unaware of what the locals call the "TL" high crime rate and homeless issue. Overall, i would not select this hotel again."

"It was a decent hotel for the price. Room was above average. Bed was comfy. The area is a bit sketchy but it's not hotel's problem. During the day it's pretty good."
