"The hotel was clean, quiet, and the staff was helpful. It was located within a ten minute walk to the Texas State Capitol and a short Uber to U of T Austin. The complimentary breakfast was excellent! Loved the steel cut oats in the morning. Lots of others breakfast staples available also. And the coffee can't be beat! Be aware though that the parking in Austin can be costly. It was forty five a night at the hotel and around thirty five in the surrounding parking structures. Uber and Lyft is probably the best way to get around and the Waymo robo-taxis are everywhere and easy to ride. For location, price and convenience to tourist spots and dining this hotel is the best choice. We would stay again. Thank you!"

"Un pequeño inconveniente con el joven de la recepción de esa noche yo tenías hora llamando ya que tenía un viaje largo desde boston hacia Austin aclarando a las personas de la llamada que me iba a demorar en mi llegada !! En lo que llegue se me había quedado el id en el carro y ya el carro estaba. Un Parkin muy retirado y la persona como tal estaba de manera odiosa que no me quería colaborar le dije que lo tenía r foto que tenía el número de reservación y aún así no quería le facilite el id de mi esposa y solo me dijo que no había ninguna reserva a nombre de ella por supuesto que no había xq la reserva estaba a mi nombre luego de un rato y de yo insistir que ya no tenía el carro ahí me dice que la tarjeta de pago tenía que estar a nombre de la persona titular del id a mi parecer por ser latino me colocó muchos contratiempo"
