The rooms are nice and big, we did not have soap in the shower, asked for house keeping service and did not receive it. No water in the rooms ! Needs improvement! Breakfast was delicious but service is slow

We had a great experience at the hotel. Check in was a breeze and they accommodated an early arrival. Our room was very spacious and the bed was very comfortable. I like that the hotel was trying to go green. It would help if there were towel bars to re-hang towels to dry. Also, let us know that you need to request housekeeping. It was written on a flyer left in our room so we needed to ask for coffee pods. The location is very walkable to Broadway. The pool area is lovely. One last suggestion, have corkscrews available somewhere in the hotel. We bought a bottle of wine from a local winery but neither the in hotel bar or front desk had one.

The staff was extremely rude and impatient. I had to ask for room to be cleaned. I have VIP and didnt get any perks even when i requested. I would not stay again. I enjoyed the restaurant where i was treated nicely and the food was great.

It was close enough to Broadway but not RIGHT in the action so it was quiet enough. The only thing we would’ve liked was a better pool area because we could see the neighboring pool.. and that looked awesome. Otherwise - great hotel, clean!! And great staff.
