Be prepared for check-in to take awhile if you book through expedia. Front desk is not trained to handle that.
Our room was ready early, 1 of the few good things.
We went to the water park area only to discover that at least half the water areas were closed. We went to the small rooftop pool which was extremely crowded since almost everything else was closed.
Several slides were open but that was it. It is ridiculous to pay for a water park stay & they be inoperational.
They could have at least offered discounts for the adventure part of the resort.
Our bed was hard & uncomfortable but the pillows were ok. We ordered pizza from off site because we've had bad experiences with the resort food.
So disappointed with our stay.
The entire family enjoyed our stay! We will be back because we had so many things we wanted to do. Checking in was a breeze and the information desk had so many thing for us to do with coupons included. The room was clean and we had a nice view of the outdoor waterpark. I was able to text whenever I needed anything and they got it done right away. The staff was friendly and helpful when needed. The food and drinks were a plus as well. We really didn't need to leave for anything.
The manager of Hidden trails must have been over worked, I have never experienced a manager to be so rude. There were 9 of us for dinner, we waited for an hour before we even asked how much longer. She immediately had an attitude, We pointed out that people in the restaurant that came in after us had already received their food, She said oh yeah who? Point out who got their food before you. We said that we weren't going to do that because at this point everybody in the restaurant was looking in our direction, The manager stormed off and said there's only three of us. Maybe more training in customer service. This was very avoidable.
On another note, customers should be made aware of changes in the waterpark prior to arrival. The maintenance made our stay difficult due to having a handicapped person with us and the closure led to her not being able to participate in our activities.
I am sorry, but was something close to a real FRAUDE!! Almost all water park attractions there were CLOSED, for “maintenance “ all weekend! Supposedly was a relaxing stay, on the lazy river and waves pool ( which were closed) and the best slides rides for the 4 kids 12 years and up in my party, Closed too!! Really was TERRIBLE!! Worst experience!! And wasted money!! ( More than $600 dollars)
Half of the indoor park was closed due to construction. Very underwhelming to bring a soon to be 12 year old to the place he wamted to take his siblings too snd half of it is blocked off.
Expedia doesn’t show when there’s construction being done on the property. So half the amenities were actually closed.
Wave pool was closed, lot of the slides was closed and the hot tub and others
We arrived and as soon as we got checked in we was being hounded to join a timeshare. Then we get to our room where we find it dirty still from the last guest, no bed sheet or pillows for the pull out bed, and then to top it off we was kept awake all night by the ppl next to us as they was super loud the walls are so thin, then that morning we was woke by the same loud ppl next to us it sounded like a bunch of kids and the parents just didnt care letting their kids run the hallways and make noise constantly, also the smell of pot was so bad!!! We will never stay at this resort agian even someone paid us to stay!

More than half of the park was shut down. They should at least tell people so they aren’t wasting money.
