"Breakfast menu was great however the stench of cooked onion never left the hotel. The room we stayed in had a “funk” it just smelled old. The bed was very comfortable and linens always very clean. The shower was terrible. No water pressure and the shower itself was cracked in a few spots. "

"There was an electrical outlet that was hanging out of the wall bare wires and all Room 209. This was behind the dresser and also had the Microwave plugged into it. The beds were uncomfortable for what we had to pay per night to stay. We had to take our own garbage out as there was not anyone cleaning our room during our stay. We also to requested additional shampoo and conditioner. These are standard items for hotels ~ not sure why those simple items were not addressed."

"We got a room with a balcony and an ocean view, definitely worth it! The view was amazing! Clean rooms, lobby, and pool/ hot tub areas. Staff was very polite, especially the pool bartender. Breakfast couldve been better, but it was nice to just be able to eat there. Overall excellent!"

"The front desk clerk working 04/18/26 at 3:30 PM seemed disinterested in welcoming me to the hotel. He was just matter-of-fact. No pleasantries. He did, to his credit, let me know that the elevator near the front of the hotel was not working, and I would need to drive around to the back to use Entrance ‘C’ elevator. This elevator was functional, but rather utilitarian. Not pleasant looking. The room itself was clean and served its purpose. When I went to sleep that evening, I did notice that the AC unit wasn’t cooling properly. Maybe this is my fault, but I don’t think this is something that should work the way it ended up working. The AC unit kept shutting off after a few minutes, even though the room temp was warmer than the temp I had set on the AC unit. I then realized that the inside curtain length was too long, and was hovering just above the AC vent, which wasn’t allowing the air to circulate thru the room, and would cause the AC to shut off. The following morning, despite me having the Do Not Disturb sign on the door, at 9:45 AM, the Housekeeping Staff still knocked on my door asking if they could provide Housekeeping. The place is ok if you just need it for an overnight stay, but I wouldn’t recommend it for a multi-night stay. "
