"We traveled with our two kids and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. Upon arrival, the front desk lady was not friendly and seemed to have a very fed-up attitude.
When we got to our room, it smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. The bed, pillows, and basically everything in the room carried the same smell. The carpet was disgustingly stained, and to make matters worse, there was pubic hair on the toilet.
The pillows appeared to be stuffed into balls, likely to hide the large yellow stains on them, which was disgusting.
If you are traveling with family and care about cleanliness and a smoke-free environment, I would absolutely not recommend staying here. This place was very unsanitary and honestly felt like it should not even be operating."
