No drink ootions. Coffee mediocre at best. Are at kitchen not clean. No where for guests who aarive early to leave luggage aside from in dining area in pu lic view and access. No shower curtain in room but soap and shampoo dispenser up high out of teach when sitting in tub. Lots of people just hanging around back of hotel. Staff not friendly or knowledgeable. Un caring

NO POOL, NO BREAKFAST, HORRIBLE CONDITION

The listing said it had a pool and breakfast. They lied. The pool is no longer workkng and they lied about breakfast. The room was atrocious. The bathroom door was all messed up to wear you couldn't even lock it and would not even shut. The upgraded room didnt have anything special. This was a terrible experience. They mislead us om the ammenities
