We had a great time. Heather kept our room clean and was a very thoughtful person. We enjoyed our time with her. The only issue we had (and it did not involve Heather) was while we were preparing to leave by the 11:00 deadline. Although the privacy door hanger was hanging on our door and I was taking some of our luggage to the car, housekeeping knocked once, immediately opened the door, and caught my wife naked as she was about to enter the bathroom to take a shower. Needless to say, this upset my wife so much that I had to stay with her until she was completely ready before I could take the rest of our belongings to our car.

I arrived somewhat late but my check in staff was helpful, cheerful and frankly, a relief after a terrible travel day. My room was clean, the bed was comfortable, the area quite nice (pretty flowers, etc.) and the breakfast in the morning was more than adequate. Huge plus: popcorn in the lobby!!!

We reserved our room for my granddaughter’s 8th birthday sleepover. They enjoyed the pool and hot tub area. The kick back was an added bonus that we all enjoyed. The food was good, and the patrons were friendly. The staff was a bomb 10 out of 10! We will definitely book again!

The staff was excellent! From the time we got there, until the time we left. They were polite, and professional. The room was clean and quiet. I would highly recommend that Birmingham Drury to any traveler staying in Birmingham Alabama. Well worth the cost.
