We booked this hotel for one reason and one reason only: the pool. Before arriving, we were told the pool was working. Once we got there and went to swim, we found out it was broken. When we complained, we were initially told we could get a refund, only to turn around and say we couldn’t. To make matters worse, we were woken up early by loud construction noise. The food was mediocre at best and absolutely not worth the price. This was supposed to be a special trip for my daughter’s birthday, and instead it turned into a stressful, disappointing experience. Overall, it was a horrible stay, and we will never return. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone

Was undergoing renovations which they posted online. When got there we had room on 4th floor. The drilling on roof was so loud in room. Hot tub was closed due to a valve. The pool was closed bc of repairs on roof but later opened. We went to shower after in pool and no hot water. They reset then said wait 30 mins. After about hour still no hot water. We checked out to find another hotel. Wasn’t impressed compared to the other drurys we’ve stayed in.

The room was clean. Bed was comfortable. I couldn’t tell you anything about the staff or amenities. I literally got there pretty late at night went to sleep. Woke up early and continued onto Georgia to my medical appointment and to visit my fur babies my ex-wife took in the divorce in November 2025

The staff was Amazing💯. The FOOD TERRIBLE. The eggs were watery, Mac & Chz soupy. Just totally Unappetizing. FAIL IN FOID DEPT💯. The rooms were cleaned but lots of butterflies. Renovations underway so very loud in rooms early waking you up by front desk gave rewards for inconvenience, it did not replace early wake up & loss of sleep for long drive. RETURNED TO STAY TEI E WITHIN A WEEK WITB 2 rooms booked each time. WILL NOT STAY AT DRURY AGAIN AFYER THUZ LADT STAY!!

Way above our expectations! Rooms were super clean and beds were comfortable. They offer a small afternoon dinner option called "kick back" and gave us 3 complimentary drinks from the bar. We decided to do that for dinner because of the traffic to get to get anywhere else. There is a place next door within in walking distance but was pricey. Pool is awesome! My 11 year old loved that half was indoor and you could swim under the partition to access the outdoor part. Outside it was below 30 degrees so needless to say we remained inside most of the time. My wife on the other hand enjoyed most of her time in the hot tub. The next morning we had an excellent breakfast at the hotel, took my daughter swimming one last time before hitting the road. Staff was friendly and attentive, especially the bar tender👌. We will most definitely be looking for Drury Inn hotels in upcoming trips.
