Unable to get a refund from booking through hotels.com, the manager immediately offered to ozone our room in which we needed to leave for an hour. It was an improvement upon our return. She also offered us free dinner. We ate offsite but it was nice. Sadly, the smell returned the next day. The staff was helpful and it was a convenient location but more suited for families with young children. If you want a more serene place, I would go elsewhere. The staff was great, I would not return as the hotel rooms could use an update, quite shabby, and the air system had a permanent cigarette odor in our room. We would have left if we were able to get a refund."
