Front desk very pleasant and helpful with recommendations - harbor view room-neat clean-heating system quiet and comfortable- would just be aware that for anyone with mobility challenges the bathroom toilets are not comfort height- maybe other rooms have comfort toilet seats so I would ask if you need that-nice location- check on day of do early check in list without extra fee-they do their best to accommodate-

Room is a little dated. We’ve been coming here for 5+ years. Nothing has changed. The location is the main reason we keep coming back. The walls are paper thin. We could hear people partying next door until 1 am. We called security and it stopped. Also, my clothes smelt ’’hotel musty" when I got home. The reason for my 3 stars. The location is great for the price.

The staff was GREAT! They were very friendly and helpful. My room wasn't ready until close to 5pm(check in is at 4p). We arrived at 1pm and were told our room was in the queue to be cleaned. When it wasn't ready by 4p-we were given a breakfast voucher. Others, who arrived after us, were able to check in before us. The shower hardware was not working properly. One of the beds seemed broken/ tilted down on side when in it, making it uncomfortable. The shower soap was empty after one wash. All in all it was a nice weekend with friends but the imperfections were very frustrating.

Front desk staff was professional and accommodating. Great central location with easy walk to everything Newport has to offer. Parking included with room but only till 12:00 pm on departure day. Room was "tired" and desperately needs updating, small bathroom, no bellmen working. Room rate was low given off-season, however, not worth high rates charged during peak-season. Also, no late dining/bar options, likely due to off-season.
