The hotel is due to be upgraded in 2026, as it doesn't have some basics like extractor fans in the bathrooms. Location is dead central and noise not a problem. Shout out to. receptionist Sebastian who was a whirlwind at resolving issues. Nice staff and fabulous town.

Staff very friendly, great area . Room not very clean. There was green toothpaste on the tissues our whole visit. ( not from us, we had white toothpaste) Not an issue at all but we found odd there was a room next to us that had no entrance from the hallway, no room # but a connecting door in our room.

Very convenient property for Newport. Nice to be able to park and walk everywhere. Very nice staff and rooms on the water offer a nice spot to relax and watch the sunrise in the morning.

My room was changed at check in from a king size bed to twins the AC unit was very loud we were in room 112 which is beside the staff exit door which started slamming at 7:00 in the morning there were people parting until 2:00 am on the back lawn so needless to say we didnt get much sleep
