Very expensive room with windows to a hallway. Noisy because of the heaters in both windows. Weak internet. Paper cups ( for the money I spent I expected at least some glasses).

What a cute, affordable place to stay. A little dated but I personally found that part of its charm. Clean rooms and the pillows and beds comfortable. The view is AMAZING! The beach is right across the street. Staff was courteous and helpful. The restaurant across the street had delicious food, The pool space is smaller but looks like a little cozy place to have a drink read a book and go for a dip. Not super close to the stores and shopping but a bike ride, or short uber ride would get you there in minutes. There is a small coin operated laundry room but we never used it.

Location!!!!!

Location is a 5. Room condition was a 3. You are booking this hotel at this price due to the location. Free parking and free coffee and tea were my favorite things about this hotel. We stayed in a 2 king suite and I loved all the room. Bed were ok not great, pillows good. Bathroom could use improvements, weak water pressure but tons of hot water, only 3 towels. Loved having a mini kitchenette. View was non existent as you either face the parking lot or someone's unkept backyard (suites bldg). Overall I would stay again for location, size of room, friendly staff and coffee and tea 24/7.

We booked this for its ease to the start of the Newport marathon. Near restaurants and great for the race start and finish. Rooms are good but the doors seem very thin and any noise in the halls comes right through

Front desk staff not very friendly. My room was at the end of the hall by the ice maker that was so loud that I had to sleep with the tv on to drowned out the noise. The faucet in the shower would not turn off completely and dripped through out the night. I was traveling alone and as a single female didn’t appreciate how hard it was to latch the deadbolt (push in with shoulder and turn the button). This is my 4th stay here over the past 3 years and just the general upkeep is lacking.

Overall, very good Just a little tired in some places. Some carpeting would give it a warmer feeling. The 2 bedroom suite was very spacious. Location is great. Housekeeping staff is top notch. I’d return again.

Clean and comfortable room. It would be helpful if there was a grab bar in the tub as there was done and the tub was very slippery. There was also quite a bit of ice buildup in the freezer of the small refrigerator.

We did not have a beach view. The Suites are clean and roomy enough. But they are separate from the amenities offered. Pool was in other building so did not swim. Staff very nice. Convenient but would stay walking distance to Newport if I went again. It was fine for us. I would suggest better signage of building 1 and 2. The app was not helpful for me and would suggest just checking in when u get there
