"Once a year or so we gather with our friends. The composition is four families. Each family has children in the age range of young 20s to early 30s. This rental house was perfect for sleep arrangements and large group meals. Plenty of bathrooms, good water pressure for showers, quiet and efficient dishwasher, and two refrigerators. The Kitchen was well equipped with mixing bowls, pots, and pans of various sizes, as well as cutting boards and knives for multiple purposes. There were plenty of dishes, plates, coffee mugs, and bowls each in large and small sizes. Entertaining was made easy. A good number of tvs throughout the house was also appreciated. Everyone had a great stay whether spending time in small subset groups or at times in one large group gathered around food served from the island in the kitchen."

"We stayed at beach house. It was a cute setup, fully functioning, that allowed for privacy with the 3 floors. Home was clean and property owners are extremely responsive. The walk to the beach was just across the street with views of the ocean visible from the home. I highly recommend staying here and plan on booking again!"

The location is close to everything, 5 mins to any shopping needs, beach or fishing location! We were able to take the little ones on a nice walk around the neighborhood nightly. It’s super safe and quiet."
