Absolutely loved this resort. So clean and beautiful. Layout was easy to get around, plenty of food options! The swim out suite was heaven!

Definitely I'm staying away from this hotel in the future. Do not trust them with your reservation. They will take your payment, confirm it, and then later change what was agreed upon—leaving you with no choice but to accept a different room or cancel your booking at the last minute.

The property had a bunch of options for kids, my 14 year old loved the water park and pools- he played volleyball, did art, and played in the sand. what i didn’t like is the room open concept. i had to sit in a corner facing the wall when my son was showering and vice versa. i also had to change in the toilet room. The systems are not very sophisticated, and there are cards for the room and the towels. so every day i had to carry around 3 cards, when im used to doing the wristband thing at all inclusives. Also- first night, i stepped on a cockroach going to the toilet in the middle of the night. gross out city. i was offered a change of room but then id have to check out, then wait a few hours to get back into a room. the manager called and advised they’d sprayed and things. i tried not to freak, but truly if money weren’t an issue, i would have packed up and went down the road to Palladium.

Great resort for families, quiet with entertainment options to stay and enjoy the resort areas. Plenty of beautiful pools, water park, great coffee and bar. All inclusive with real tasty food and great staff smiling while talking to you. I definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a great time with family.

You won’t be disappointed. The front desk guy told our cab back to the Airport to leave us BUT We LOVED our stay and will be back to Mexico for another resort tho.
