The pool was too cold to use. The staff was very friendly. We did the privilege package and didn’t really think the services were very good. It took a long time to get drinks at the beach or the pool. Food was better than other all inclusive resorts. Beach was awesome!

Resort is stunning. Our room was beautiful and spotless. Beach is beautiful. Pools gorgeous w plenty of available loungers . Most of the staff w 2 exceptions were lovely and very helpful. Exceptions were front desk check in fellow who was not friendly or helpful and a clerk on the gift shop. We chose a sea view room which is very misleading. View from this room is the alley and resort next door. If you go out on the balcony to the farthest right corner and look to the left you can see a slice of the ocean. Sell it as a partial view but not a sea view. Food and drinks were just ok. Top shelf liquor but some mixers have a diet aftertaste to them. Overall it’s a beautiful resort and we had a great time.

Subject: An unforgettable birthday stay! We had an absolutely wonderful stay here! The rooms were spotless and very comfortable, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was perfect. We also really enjoyed the dining—the food was pretty good and we looked forward to our meals. What truly made our stay stand out, however, was the incredible service. I want to give a massive thank you to Allessa. She was truly exceptional and went above and beyond to make my mother’s birthday amazing. Her help and attention to detail meant so much to us and made the celebration extra special. We also received fantastic service from Hector, Mario, Anthony, and Axel. They were all great and made us feel so welcome. We can’t wait to come back!

The two stars is for the staff that was very nice once we got settled into our rooms. The manager Samuel was very unhelpful, he did not accommodate me for any of the mishaps that occurred. I paid for two rooms, I did not get checked into the second room until 10:30pm when check in is at 3pm, 7.5 hours later which is ABSURD. Once I finally got checked in the second room, the room was exposed with big holes in the walls full of wires due to construction that was NOT completed, drawers were missing from the dresser, mini bar had absolutely nothing in it, the bathroom door lock was broken it wouldn’t shut. Overall the food was decent not the best it was more americanized food versus expecting their culture type of food.

I just came back from 5 days at Ocean Allure Costa Mujeres. We arrived at night and were greeted with smiles, a cool towel and a cocktail. We were hungry and fbe restaurants were closing in 10 mins (at 10pm). The Margarita Restaurant was very accommodating and let us order a meal! The resort is beautiful. The food at every restaurant was delicious. The staff really work hard to make sure you’re having a good time. To name a few that made our stay extra enjoyable - Carlos, Maria, Mario, San Francisco… and the all the others who worked around the clock. I read some negative reviews about the conditions of the rooms and certain areas were not finished, had chipped paint and etc. I noticed this only because the reviews made me look at these imperfections. In no way did it alter or ruin my vacation… this place is really beautiful. The food and drinks are delicious, and the staff all go above and beyond. I wish the buffet was open for dinner but I think the hotel was only at 50% capacity so I’m sure once this place starts filling up, they will offer buffet for dinner. Great experience overall and would recommend.

This would have been a 5 star except for a few issues. 1. our room AC did not work properly. The thermostat did not change the temperature at all. First night it was ice cold, probably around 15-16 C. We needed extra blankets to keep warm. The front desk sent someone as soon as we complained the next day, but they fixed it by keeping the room at a constant 24-25C. Still the thermostat didn't work. The next day they sent someone to fix it (at our request). He did something and said to wait 20 minutes and it should have changed the temp to a comfortable 21-22C. Nope. Next day we went to front desk and explained the thermostat still didn't work. They would not do anything else about it. Their solution was to offer us an extended checkout time to 2:30. While this was appreciated it didn't solve the problem. The next day we had water dripping from the ceiling in the bathroom on to the floor. Management asked us to move to a new room, which we did. Bingo, the Thermostat worked in this room. 2. Entertainment was mediocre in my opinion. 3. Gym equipment was just OK, a brand I had never heard of. The weight machines were good. The exercise bike not very smooth but not terrible. The good: 1. nice big clean pools 2. great food 3. very attentive staff 4.All kinds of places to sit in shaded areas around the pools and on the beach. 5. beach had very nice sand and they had a life guard. They get very little seaweed. It was windy every day so the waves were a little rough to enjoy a swim.

We were there Jan 2-9 and they just opened Dec. 3,2025. It was a soft opening so they were still trying to understand what if any improvements needed to be done. Rooms are large, property decor is beautiful and plenty of food selection at the many restaurants. Minor issues with A/C unit but not a major problem. Highly recommend staying at the resort. Upgrade to the Privilege suite which has a butler, private pool and beach and their own restaurant.

We had a mixed experience at Ocean Allure. The rooms are clean, spacious, and very comfortable. If you are lucky enough to have a room with a beach view, it is absolutely worth it. The beach itself is wonderful. Plenty of loungers, relaxed atmosphere, and very well maintained. Breakfast is good with enough variety to start the day well. The coffee at Mike’s is outstanding, truly one of the highlights of our stay. Unfortunately, the dinner experience is extremely disappointing. There are not enough dining options, the quality of the food is poor, and the organization is chaotic. Reserving a table is unnecessarily difficult and frustrating. This is not what you expect from a resort at this level. The dinner concept really needs to change, because in its current state it seriously affects the overall experience. This should not be happening at a hotel like this.

This place was just what we needed. We came here for some rest and relaxation and that is exactly what we got. If you are looking for a party resort, this place is not for you! It’s still very new and not everything is complete or worked out. We expected a few hiccups and they didn’t bother us. The rooms: We got a privilege ocean view room. It was worth the extra $$. It was ridiculously spacious with tons of closet space, living area, 2 full bathrooms, and an amazing view. The bed was amazing. Firm but very comfortable. I did not like the pillows. They flattened quickly. Let me just say their air conditioner was set on Artic. Thankfully you can adjust it. The staff: Most of the staff was very friendly, attentive, responsive, and went that extra mile to make sure you felt taken care of. I want to send a shout out to our butler, Andres. He took care of all our dinner reservations and other scheduling needs. Little touches like drinks and sweets sent to the room was lovely. Isua, Emilio, Leticia were fantastic in the privilege pool. Some of the wait staff took a long time getting drinks and stuff (25+ minutes) but we knew with them, it was done! The started realizing we would come at a certain time and already had towels and chairs waiting on us! Daniel at Sakura- not only is this probably our favorite restaurant, but Daniel was absolutely the best waiter we had. This man has waiting down to a fine art! He was just that good! Henry- at the Piano Bar made the best drinks I had

What stood out the most was the staff, Antonio, Janet, Hector, and Maria!! They were all outstanding were their service and interactions! Always in a good mood and wanting to be helpful or have fun! We had a great stay during the week between Christmas and New Years. Every staff member we met was amazing, courteous and friendly. The room was lovely and spacious with plenty of storage. The pools and beach were perfect. One tip - upgrading to Privilege status is worth it. It is very hard to get a dinner reservation if you are not Privilege, where the butlers make the reservation for you! If you are looking to relax and unwind you will be happy at Ocean Allure!

Originally we booked 3 rooms for 5 people. Few days after making the reservation we wanted to add one more person to the third room. Called, emailed tried to reach out, unfortunately unsuccessful. Expedia was not able to help me, since the only way Expedia agent was able to do it, it was to cancel the third room and rebook it. Unfortunately there was no guarantee that there will be a room available. Therefore advised by Expedia agent to book the flight separately for 6th person and add all inclusive package at the arrival. Since we had a room already it shouldn’t been a challenge. I even went step further and reached out to H10 hotels corporate reservation. They also couldn’t help me since Ocean Allure is a new property and they have not received a training to do so. As per agent on the phone. Since none of my emails not messages ever got returned we decided to add all inclusive package at the property. What a pleasant surprise that was. We got charged $1500 for 5 nights only for the all inclusive package. As mentioned we already had a room booked with one person and purchased the fare separately. That was way too high of a charge for all inclusive only. It wasn’t all. It has been a challenge to make a reservation as a group of 6, since only way to make dining reservations was separately for each room. They also couldn’t make a change to the reservation to show 2 guests on the third room. You would think it shouldn’t be a problem after paying $1500 in addition….
