The resort was beautiful! The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Only down side was the mosquitos. There was a terrible abundance of them. We had to wear mosquito repellent the whole time we were there. They told us that it isn't usually like that. They were spraying and trying to control them. Just a bad time I guess.

Instalations are really pretty, beach is beautiful, the hotel rooms are clean, the food is pretty good but the service is bad. The service isnt really 5 stars.

For family (6 or more) is really hard to find spots for the specialty restaurants The drinks are not what is expected(the quality of the brands and cocktails )for an all inclusive even paying for the privilege bracelet also the food was not the best Early check in paying not possible even with the rooms ready we were waiting for more than 3 hours with babies and no help until we complained after 3pm check in time One of the access to the beach (the main) is very slippery with the sand and the material (plastic) use for the walk from our group my mom suffered a fall resulting in a fracture on the hand.
