Fue nuestra 4ta visita y muy diferente de las ocasiones anteriores; anunciamos de nuestra celebración de aniversario en la reserva por Expedia, enviamos un email a los mayordomos, lo comentamos en recepción en el check in y no tuvieron ni una gentileza de un simple plato de frutas de bienvenida, eso le resta a la calidad del servicio. En años anteriores estaba incluido el hidromasage, el Cabaret Chic, ahora estas bondades son con cargo extra, antes regalaban una botella de algún licor a elegir, ahora ni te lo comentan los mayordomos, el hotel se mantiene cuidado y la comida y bebida en general sigue siendo muy buena pero quedamos muy incómodos con estos inconvenientes

Overall we really enjoyed the property, the grounds and ambiance were spectacular. Generally the service was excellent, although we had a couple small hiccups with slower service. There was a variety of food choices. Overall the food was good but not great. I recommend the Chic and Bravo dinner experiences. The talent was awesome, and although both cost extra they are worth it! We did have to search out Bravo. It’s new and I don’t think they were promoting it enough. It wasn’t available in the app, and my wife just happened to notice it as we were exploring the “mall” area. We stayed on the “adult only” side, and it was much busier than the family side (most likely because of the time of year we stayed). We ended up using more of the family side, since we were looking for something a little more quiet. The adult side was great if you’re looking for a party atmosphere, or just want to people watch.

The Property was Beautiful, The spa was absolutely serene, my massage was the best one I ever had The hospitality throughout the resort was exquisite The Bartenders at the Gravity Bar Jesus and Andres were The Best!!!and I can’t forget Leyder who met at the Travel Bar & Later at the Aurum and all of the food was just delicious & delightful. My husband & I stayed at TRS coral for 5 days & were overall disappointed. Our entire stay we were harassed MULTIPLE times a day by employees to purchase a massage or to purchase the hotel's membership program. These people harass guests all day long. My husband & I were beyond annoyed of repeating ourselves. We came there to relax, not be hunted down trying to get sold on something. The food was very average. The buffet food was not good & all the labels for the food were misplaced or had no labels. All the steaks at the restaurants were very chewy. We don't eat pork & we let the staff know that, but we were given pork on dishes we ordered. When I asked staff what was in the food, they never mentioned pork & the menu didn't mention pork in the dish, but then we got our food & there would obviously be bacon in it. So proceed with caution if you have a food allergy. Our room wasn't very clean. There were stains everywhere & it didn't look like it was cleaned well. The entire hotel, including our room, had a weird smell to it. The staff there treats people differently if you tip vs if you don't tip. To top it all off, I woke up with food poisoning on our last day there after eating at their french restaurant the night before. I had to travel back to the US beyond sick & vomiting all day & went straight to urgent care when we landed. Definitely not a 5 star resort. Wouldn't recommend to anyone. We've paid for cheaper resorts & had a way better experience than this.

We had an amazing honeymoon!! Our butlers Hector and Eladio were so so great, making all reservations for us and ensuring that our tables had special honeymoon decor at each meal. They even decorated our room :). We also were able to order a picture book from all of the pictures the team took throughout the week. Great stay if you are lucky enough to have Hector and Eladio as your butlers!!
