This hotel is a great little gem in the Hotel Zone of Cancun. It is extremely reasonable with modest clean rooms and nice attached restaurant that overlooks the lagoon. If you want a clean safe place where you actually feel like you are in Mexico this is the place. Also nice cafe next door (Deli Barlovento).

Been coming to this hotel for over 7 years, great location and clean facility. My room had mold in bathrooms that lots mosquitoes in room. But everything else was good and clean. I’d return again next year and ask for different room if it’s not adequate enough.

Nice affordable option in the hotel zone ive been staying at for years. For the price, its great. But very budget friendy and not super nice. But has pool, restaurant, bar, tours and marina on site. Close to ferry to isla mujeres and bus stop to other hotel zone areas of Cancun! Very quiet and relaxing hotel.

We stayed here for one night in transit to the airport, it was a bit damp and musty but did the job for what we needed, the area around was interesting but felt safe to walk somehwere for food. The front desk guy was really nice and helpful, there was a really good Mexican restaurant nearby ! Do not go to the pirate ship restaurant!
