Staff was absolutely amazing attentive, helpful and friendly. Le Cap was supper delicious and the sommelier was precise with his wine recommendations. The El Presidente hotel beach is the most beautiful in Cancun. Excellent relaxing vibe throughout the resort.

The resort was extremely clean, staff were wonderful and the food at two restaurants was very good. I usually stay at larger resorts and it was nice being somewhere smaller. Always room on the beach! I would definitely stay again. The spa was top notch!

This resort was excellent in every way. All staff were attentive, rooms nice, clean and spacious. Loved that they supplied water bottles everyday. The place was calm and pleasant. Restaurants on property had delicious food, especially Le Cap, their Sushii menu was amazing. Overall was impressed with the property.
