Amazing service

We wouldn’t normally stay in a “brand” hotel but this was a fantastic experience. Sure the hotel is fab, I cannot fault any of it. Great food, facilities and what an incredible location. However, it is the staff that made this really special. Particularly the team at the beach bar. Thank you Mariam, Mario and Diego so welcoming. Best hotel bar staff ever!!! (And we have met a few). I am sure we will return.

Massive disappointment

I’ve never felt more let down by a hotel stay. The reviews promised a perfect end to our trip to Mexico, but the experience was disappointing from start to finish. Our bags never arrived in the room despite being told they would be delivered. After several calls and mixed messages, they finally appeared much later. We also asked to borrow an umbrella and were told none were available, even though the concierge had given two to another couple just minutes earlier. Breakfast service was equally poor — the server seemed uninterested and made us feel like an inconvenience. At check-in, we were advised to ask about a day-use room before our evening flight, only to be told at checkout that no such option existed. When I shared my feedback, it was met with a blank stare. Overall, the service was indifferent and unwelcoming — a real disappointment at the end of what had been a wonderful trip.

Beach area had soft white sand and plenty of palapas under which one could relax in peace with no loud music blaring. I have to draw attention to the remarkable staff at morning breakfast and dinner at restaurant by the beach. Service was impeccable! Special mention and gratitude to Antonio de la Riva, Tania Vega, Tamara, Fatima, and the entire restaurant staff! I felt like they were like family!

We recently stayed here for 8 days and just arrived back home. The hotel has the best beach in the hotel zone. Two great pools with 3 jacuzzi's and an onsite restaurant. Staff is very attentive, especially Antonio Bandera in the restaruant for breakfast. We chose to add the breakfast package with our stay and we miss it already! Such good food. Dinner was meh and we opted to eat elsewhere. The hotel is older, built in 1975. However, it is clean and well maintained. One thing we really appreciated, was the falcon that the hotel hired to be in standby, to keep the birds from stealing your food or bothering guests. We had such a great time. If you're looking for an awesome beach experience with great pools, clean room and hotel, along with a chill vibe, this is your place!
