Villa with a Pool in the Hotel Zone

The apartment is completely separate from the main house and features a living room, dining room, kitchen, and a private bedroom with a bathroom.
You have direct access to all the common areas, such as the pool and the condo’s beautiful garden with a pond!!

The Accommodation
A group of houses (Villa Sicilia) at the entrance to the hotel zone.
Cancun’s hotel zone is a strip of land between the turquoise sea and the lagoon; our apartment is right across from the lagoon at km 4. It’s a peaceful and wonderful place in an excellent location.

Guest Access
In the apartment, you’ll find soap, towels, toilet paper, and a hair dryer in the bathroom.
The apartment’s kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, stove, coffee maker, and toaster, as well as everything you need for cooking, including plates, utensils, and glasses.

You’ll have access to the common areas, such as the pool area with lounge chairs, gardens, and a beautiful spot for dining and breakfast next to the mangrove grove by the lagoon!
We also offer laundry service for an extra fee, which must be requested at least 24 hours in advance.
