This is by far the worst resort I have ever stayed at. The customer service was extremely rude, and despite making multiple complaints during my stay, the staff showed no concern. The room was dirty, and the air conditioner leaked water all over the floor. The resort pool was also filthy. Stay far away from this resort.

Perfect Mix of Relaxation and Entertainment!

We had an amazing time at The Pyramid Cancun! The resort is lively, beautiful, and has everything you need for a fun getaway. The location is perfect right on the beach with stunning views and easy access to the ocean and pool areas. Our room was clean, comfortable, and had a great view. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We especially appreciated how many restaurant options there were everything from buffets to more upscale dining, and most meals were better than expected for an all-inclusive. Make sure to book the specialty restaurants early! The entertainment was nonstop pool parties, live music, beach events there was always something going on. It’s definitely more of a party vibe, which we loved. If you're looking for energy and fun, this is the place. The pool and beach were gorgeous, and we never had to go far for a drink or a snack. If you go, I recommend upgrading to the Pyramid level it’s worth it for the extra perks and restaurant access. We’ll definitely come back!
