The pool area was great parties was a vibe… I was told could visit other RUI but can’t. Customer service was good at front desk or at the dining place there was one good Servers at steak house one night.. Check in person didn’t let us know anything had to come back done to ask question as we saw ppl next to us getting the run down of everything..Food wasn’t to great at all. Check out Guy was Rude also. Best thing was the Pool parties

We honestly didn’t expect it to be this good; the hotel was far better than we imagined. Everything was extremely clean, the staff were polite, hardworking, and always helpful. The facilities, programs, and entertainment were excellent, and the food menu was diverse and delicious. Overall, a truly amazing stay and we highly recommend this property!

The resort itself is fine, the food is alright but the worst part is we have a girl with us on the trip who doesn’t drink and when our server who doesn’t speak English asked what we wanted we told her pina colada drinks with no alcohol and we repeated it twice, not only did she put alcohol she also laughed in our faces when we confronted her, the manager did come out and apologize but come on what kind of staff are you hiring, SECONDLY, apparently my wife and I broke a glass in the room which was very clearly not caused by us, it has no shatter or anything just a simple split in the glass, when we told them it wasn’t us they told us no matter what we’re paying for it and lied and said we previously agreed to paying for it when we never had any agreement like such, I won’t be returning to this resort and I hope to keep others aware of this place.

El hotel es muy pequeño, no hay room service, las habitaciones no tienen extractor de aire, lo que hace que la humedad se quede por mucho tiempo, y eso genera que la ropa huela mal y se humedezca. La comida esta "equis", ademas de que todo es self service. El chico de la recepción que esta en las madrugadas es muy poco amable. Las albercas no tienen sombra, solo la del bar. Los escusados estan super altos lo que hace que sea un poco incomodo. Y las camas son incomodas también. Fuera de eso, el resto de los colaboradores es muy amable, las habitación son limpias y el resto del hotel es muy limpio.

Staff is not that friendly, not as big as we thought, not many places to walk to near the area. A lot of scammers near the beach area. Food was 6/10 I’ve had better in other hotels
