Hotel at very nice location walkable for everything and easy to book taxi or uber as well as drive for attractions area. Only one thing to complain is the staff here very questionable, if you have membership with them they very friendly and nice but just book here first time they kinda unfriendly vide for some of them. I want book reservations at restaurants but they only speak Spanish so I ask front desk staff to help and he say no, they can't do that even the few day ago I saw they do that for the reward memeber here. I ask him why not, he say he just can not do it and other staff was coming up to me say he can call to book dinner for me. It just very awkward interaction. Also they was mess up my room service order I call them back to ask correct it and they try to charge me as for new order. Other than that the rest of the staff was nice and friendly for our tho time stay here

Nice property and great location. The rooms were a little dated but not bad at all. The rooms were spacious and the AC was cold. Overall nice property and walkable to the center of the hotel zone.

This property has three restaurants and the food was phenomenal in all three. The beds were fantastic. The pillows were even better. It was just me and my 10 year-old son and I felt completely safe. In the rare moments when my 10-year-old was looking for something to do. There was ping-pong in the lobby along with foosball and basketball shooting. The location to a supermarket just maybe a quarter mile down the road was fantastic. The grocery store itself was amazing and had everything you could possibly need. We were lucky enough to have a room with a kitchen, which we didn’t really use but could have if we wanted to, which was lovely. Even though we don’t speak Spanish, we got by just fine.

The property is very outdated including the rooms. The beds are also very hard. The beds are also full size not the usual queen size. The staff try to sell you a membership, and are super kind while trying to convince you. Once you say no they start ignoring you. I wouldn’t go back. They only have air conditioning in the main lobby are and in the rooms. There is no air conditioning in the hallways or elevators. The pool are is the only nice area, but it closes every night at 8:00 pm

Beach is non existent. We had to literally walk over to next door beaches to use the whole 7 days we were there. My daughter ears got irritated from using the pool due to so much chemicals they used. Food at breakfast was the only thing we enjoyed. Half the staff were a joke, cracking jokes every time you turn around, while maintenance team slaved to keep the place together. I wouldnt recommend it to anyone.
