"Upon arriving, I was second in line to check in. The couple in front of me were talking to the front desk attendant, not wearing masks and at no point were they asked to put masks on. After checking in and heading to my room, I observed at least 10 people sitting around the lobby not wearing masks, either. Signs are posted around the hotel in regards to wearing masks and social distancing but it’s just posturing if no attempt is made to enforce it. I’m empathetic to the challenge that enforcing these things presents, but this is a matter of public safety and as of now, it’s also the law. Our room was generally clean, aside from some mildew around the bottom of the shower and things being a little bit dusty. As I was heading to check out, I saw one of the housekeeping staff cleaning a room, she was out in the hallway at her cart and not wearing a mask, either. Overall, our stay was fine, but I was disappointed in the lack of effort in making all of the guests feel safe. I probably won’t be back. "
