I would first love to say just how welcoming Kia was from the moment we entered the building and she processed our arrival and departure. She was so knowledgeable and warm.The entire staff was so kind, pleasant, and helpful. One of the cleanest hotels that we have stayed in a while. The amenities were top tier. The only recommendations that I would have is if there could be a microwave inside of the rooms. But honestly this was one of the best stays and we will continue to book with The Hyatt. Thank you so much for having us.

The room we stayed in was quite nice. We purposely stayed here because of the EV chargers. We paid premium pricing compared to the other hotels in the area that didn’t have EV chargers. Having said that, the charger that we used, was not working. I sent an email to the hotel manager about our disappointment and inconvenience it caused us, but I didn’t get a response. Because of this, we ended up waking up extra early to look for a charging station and couldn’t get onto the road at the time we intended to. We could’ve stayed at another hotel for much cheaper, had we’ve known the EV charger doesn’t work. Disappointed!

We were awakened at 1 am by a family who just checked in. Their kids were jumping off beds and screaming - I called the front desk and the kids were so loud that it took her three times knocking before they heard it. In the end, the quiet never came. Instead of moving THEM, we had to move rooms in order to sleep. So my four year old was up until about 4 am. This is the worst experience we have ever had with night staff who was completely incompetent.

The refrigerator in the room had old smelly food in it. There was fruit snacks in between the cushions of the pullout couch. Hard snacks shoved against the bed on the floor. We only had hand towels in the bathroom and had to call down for body towels so we could take showers. The staff apologized for these things but it was a bit too many issues for me to really enjoy the stay….it made me question how well they cleaned the room.
