The staff was terrific. My wife and I were there so our Frenchie could have back surgery at MedVet. We had two of our other Frenchies with us that stayed at the Hyatt. And they were nothing more than excellent in accommodating us. While we were going through a stressful time, they made us feel better. We look forward to going back there and actually relaxing.

The air conditioner in our room was so loud and making a bunch of weird noise so I didn’t sleep. The couch was ripped and stained with cushions coming through and the towels smelled like fish. One of the elevators would only take you to specific floors. All else was good!

The service wa extremely tereible. We came late and was very tired. We gave our booking reservation and the Indian young lady night ship made us wait for more than 30mins. They said the third.party won't accept my reservation and can't get in to their system. That's unbelievable. When we got in the room they have no microwave. This was the first we encountered this. They said its upon request. So far, the good side was they have fresh breakfast with lots of selection, the room is big bit old but spacious. Lastly, thè lady charged me $50 mulitple times. 6x to be exact.

Room was large and we appreciated the sitting area with desk as it provided needed space to stretch out and relax. The room was missing a microwave but staff quickly rectified that situation. The sofa in the sitting area had some rips & stains so we notified management of that quickly. Water pressure on the fifth floor not quite as good as we would’ve liked, but it worked out okay. The toilet & shower area a bit cramped, but again it worked out okay for us. Desk clerk recommended the Mexican restaurant near the hotel and it was very good food.

Nice, clean room. Especially good for a couple or a couple with a small child. Bathroom was very small and there, few amenities and there was nowhere to store clothes if you are staying for a few days. Breakfast was excellent with a good selection of food and drink. Facility was well-maintained and staff was professional and courteous.
