Parking was good check in/out was quick & easy staff was friendly. The breakfast offered at the restaurant was very disappointing. Besides being overcharged for a breakfast that was no better than the free one we have gotten at other hotels the service in the restaurant was really bad. The lamp in the room didn't work & the carpet in the room & hallway was in need of some serious cleaning

I have no idea how thos place was. We arrived after a 6 hour drive to find out they had norecords that Expedia had made us a reservation. Apparently they were completely sold out. After 2 hours with the text service i did get refunded

This is not a review for this hotel. I never stayed in the room!!! I never even saw the hotel. The is a review, about why i will never NEVER us Expedia! I started trying to call non stop at 5, to cancel because my doctor told me to go to the ER. I have the email on mychart from my doctor. I also have the screen shots of the calls i made and how hold i was on the phone with each call. I spent over an hour talking to someone from Expedia he told me he could not get ahold of someone from the hotel. (Which isnt true because when i couldnt get my room canceled online, and i couldnt find a way to call Expedia i called the hotel and got ahold of them no problem. I asked them to cancel my room and they said they could not because the room was paid for through Expedia and i had to call them. They (the hotel) are the ones that gave me a working phone number to Expedia.) The man said he would put in a order for it to keep being worked on. He said he would send me a email for the work order. He never did. I never got an email. He told me he could get the room canceled. He lied again. The room was never canceled.

Upon arriving, the front desk clerk was helping a pair of females and 2 other separate people in line. There was a gentleman (maintenance/cleaning) who was mopping the floors, but the floors weren’t swept and the mop was not being rung out? After waiting for a few minutes, the front desk clerk told us that we could have a seat and it would be 10-15 min before she could get to us. 15/20 min later, I am at the desk. The clerk is not friendly doesn’t say anything except she needed a credit card for incidentals. Didn’t even tell me the room number or where the room was located. At check out, same clerk not friendly and just took key card. No thank you or how was your stay. Nothing. Open plumbing in bathroom under sink. Lots of nail holes in walls, peeled wall paper, non sanded bathroom sink vanity. I’m not sure what is going on. Looks like hotel is under new ownership. Not good. I used to stay here when I come into town. Going forward, I will be looking for another hotel.
