Check-in was fantastic! The front desk person was just lovely. However, I did have a little hiccup with housekeeping. When they asked if I needed towels, I mentioned that it would be great if someone could come back to freshen up the room. Unfortunately, she said she was too busy.

I really liked that the outside was clean. It was not any loitering outside beside staff member taking a break. Nice and quiet throughout the hotel. Every once in a while, you may have heard someone running in the hall, but overall not bad. I really liked the idea of quiet hours between 10p and 7 a. The continental breakfast was delicious both days. The staff was pleasant

One thing was a bit disconcerting... check-in is stayed to be at 3:00pm... we arrived about 4:15pm... were issued a room... went to that room and found the door ajar... no sheets... not ready...husband had to return to front desk and be issued another room... not terrible... just not exactly how we wanted to begin our stay, after a 7 hour travel day!!

The hotel was right on the highway so loud we could not sleep cause it was so loud, the air would shut off every two hours so we would awake in hot and have to turn in back on, that we. Had to drown out the noise, the pool was so cold and you couldn’t swim for all the chlorine smell was so strong your eyes would burn. Also had to call the from office at almost 12 am because the were 7 people drinking in front of the hotel, didn’t speak English, the lady at the desk was very nice, but I’m sure they didn’t know what she was telling them! I was going to tell the person when we checked out about our complaint but no one was to be found as we checked out, just a bucket for the room cards.

We came to the hotel to check in at 3pm, and our room was not ready. We asked the front desk person about the ETA, and the person was so unprofessional. This is the first time in our lives that we have had this kind of treatment from Hilton. The people are so bad. Very disappointed.
